Job summary

Culina is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting the Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced chilled warehouse. You will play a key part in picking stock, loading, unloading, and ensuring accurate orders while working with a supportive team.

This full-time, permanent role runs 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern from 19:00 to 07:00, including weekends, with a salary of £32,322.68 per year plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
• Able to meet targets and KPIs.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and assemble customer orders from profiles.
• Load, unload and scan pallets using RF Gun.
• Ensure correct quantities and accurate picking.
• Maintain high levels of health & safety and housekeeping.
• Work to targets and KPIs in a fast paced environment.
