Barker Ross is recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading food and beverage company based in Lutterworth. The role is an ongoing, full-time position with weekly pay and an immediate start, located in a chilled warehouse environment.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00, with duties including packing, labelling, pallet wrapping, stock movement, and general warehouse tasks. Experience is beneficial but not essential; punctuality and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Packing and repacking dairy products
• Labelling products ready for dispatch
• Wrapping and strapping pallets
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• General warehouse duties as required
