Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role runs on a 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift from 06:00 to 18:00, with a rate of pay (£13.70) per hour.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 or above required.
• PPT and FLT licences are essential.
• Numerate and literate with clear written record-keeping.
• Able to communicate effectively with all staff levels.
• Organised, calm and motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily forklift checks before use.
• Pick products to fulfill orders using barcode scanners.
• Load vehicles according to pick sheets and supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to SOPs, company policies, and health & safety.
• Assist with stock counts and report quantity/quality issues.
• Maintain traceability with ERP barcode labels.
• Carry out other duties as requested by department managers.
