Job summary

Culina Logistics in Haverhill is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Pick operation in a modern, chilled warehouse. This full-time role is 12‑hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, from 07:00 to 19:00, including weekends.

You will handle loading, unloading and picking stock, using RF scanning to ensure accurate orders, while maintaining safety and housekeeping in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in chilled environment (2–4°C).
• Able to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Good verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and pick stock in a chilled warehouse.
• Operate RF Gun to scan pallets and assemble orders.
• Ensure correct quantities are picked and orders are fulfilled.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Keep high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Meet targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation.
