Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle ingredients to meet quality, food safety and production standards.
• Supply production lines with correct materials, ensuring accurate scanning and timely delivery.
• Complete pre-start checks and associated documentation accurately.
• Manage stock including nearing expiry, concessions, disposals and waste.
• Maintain standards in chilled storage areas and ingredient prep zones.
• Carry out quality and food safety checks and escalate issues to the Line Coordinator.
