Job summary

Brook Street Social Care is seeking a Residential Childcare Practitioner to support vulnerable young people in a structured, therapeutic setting. You will model positive behavior, build secure relationships, and assist in recovery from trauma with empathy and consistency.

You will collaborate with education and wellbeing teams, lead structured activities, and work flexible shifts including weekends and sleep-ins, with full induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Experience in residential or secure settings preferred.
