Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Actively promote the rights and wellbeing of young people.
  • Provide quality care in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Create a safe and homely environment where young people can thrive.
  • Support young people in developing their strengths and overcoming challenges.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Organise and participate in activities and group holidays.
  • Support young people with daily tasks, including meal preparation.
  • Encourage educational and vocational attainment.
  • Observe, assess, and report on the behaviour of young people.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional, social, and practical support to young people.
  • Implementing therapeutic parenting principles.
  • Contributing to team meetings and staff development.
  • Completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participating in training and professional development.
  • Working alternating shift patterns.
