Job description

Children's Team Leader

Salary: £13.40 per hour, with an additional £30.00 sleep-in rate.

Our children in care are aged 8-18 and have various EBD needs, including emotional and behavioral difficulties.

As a Team Leader, you'll be involved in daily activities such as household duties, transporting children, paperwork, and making positive impacts in their lives.

We offer a competitive package: full-time shifts (including 8 sleeps per month), sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses, overtime pay, uncapped sleep payments, disturbance pays, mileage allowance, three free meals daily, and flexible shift patterns (16-24 hours including sleep-ins).
