Job summary

Wilderness Way in Lanark (ML11) seeks caring individuals to join our team on a bank basis. You will support children with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges, providing compassionate care across flexible day, night, and sleep-ins.

A full UK manual driving licence and a commitment to safeguarding are essential. You will work with a supportive team, gain training and development opportunities, and contribute to empowering young people to reach their potential.

Qualifications

• A willingness to learn, grow, and complete necessary qualifications.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges.
