Job summary

Wilderness Way is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as bank-based care workers, providing compassionate support to children and young people. You will help with activities, education and tailored care to foster personal growth in a nurturing environment.

Roles involve flexible shifts including day, night and sleep-ins. You will be a positive role model, safeguarding children and helping them shape their own future, with DBS checks and identity verification as part of safer

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and complete necessary qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges (desirable).
