Job summary

Wilderness Way in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking caring individuals to join the bank team. You will provide compassionate care for children with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges and support personal growth through activities and tailored care.

The role requires flexibility with day, night and sleep-ins shifts, a full UK manual driving licence, safeguarding awareness, and a commitment to helping children reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and complete necessary qualifications.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in residential care or working with children facing challenges.
