Job summary

CCH's Advantage Healthcare (AGH), part of CCH, is seeking a caring professional to support a 14-year-old boy with a brain injury at school, providing his care and assisting with activities throughout the school day.

The role includes personal care, ventilator management, PEG support, suction, medication administration, and moving and handling. Full nurse-led training is provided; a free DBS check, flexible work patterns, and clear progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care
• Willingness to undertake nurse-led training

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

We are looking for a confident and nurturing care professional to support a very special client of ours. Our client is a 14 year old boy with a brain injury. With this role you will be attending school with him, providing his care needs and supporting him with activities throughout the school day.

The Key tasks include:

• Personal care
• Ventilator management
• PEG Support
• Suction
• Administer medication
• Moving and handling

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will be kind, caring and reliable. Someone that is enthusiastic, shows initiative and can build a good rapport with people, especially little ones!

We are looking for someone that has complex care experience. Full nurse led training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference.
