Job summary

Independent Community Care Management (ICCM), part of CCH, is seeking care professionals to support on a bank basis across a range of complex child care packages in Northamptonshire. You will cover shifts to ensure our young clients receive excellent care, traveling to client homes across Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough and surrounding areas.

Prior care experience is required, with DBS and training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is required for this role.

Job Description

What you’ll do

With this role, you will be supporting on a bank basis across a range of complex child care packages. You will play a vital role in covering a range of shifts to help ensure our young clients receive excellent care.

The key tasks will be supporting and managing the following:

• PEG
• Ventilator
• Suction
• Epilepsy

This is a very important role that requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional. Someone willing to travel to our clients homes in Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough and surrounding areas is required.

We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
