Job summary

Independent Community Care Management (CCH group) in Northampton seeks compassionate care professionals to support a family at home. You will provide care for a young child who is PEG fed, manage medications, and help with seizures and mobility, within a supportive team.

This role offers meaningful, family‑friendly work with paid induction. Full training is provided, and there are clear progression paths into senior and leadership roles within the Complex Care team.

Job Description

What you’ll do

Working in the family home of a young child you will make a real difference in providing care and support to this family by ensuring the safety and comfort of their child. This young child has epilepsy and is PEG fed. She loves having stories read to her, listening to songs and enjoys sensory play. The family also have a pet dog in the home.

This is a very important and rewarding role that requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional.

• PEG Feeding
• Administering Medication
• Seizure Management
• Moving and Handling
• Sensory Play

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
