We offer zero-hour contracts with highly competitive rates. Shifts are usually 12 hours. We provide tools for you to support children and young people effectively, emphasizing career growth and professional development.

Applicants must be car drivers with access to a vehicle, possess a warm and engaging personality suitable for engaging with children and young people, and be flexible. Experience in supporting challenging young people is preferred but not essential if you feel you have the right skills and values.

Successful candidates will undergo onboarding, including training in 16 modules, a 2-day in-person Physical Intervention Training course with our GSA Certified tutors, and a 1-day in-person course on Children’s Safeguarding, Trauma Informed Practice, Introduction to Polyvagal Theory, and understanding your role at Paragon Social Care.
