Job summary

• Support children and young people in daily activities and interests.
• Attend weekends away, holidays, and trips to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with organising and supporting weekend and evening activities, from climbing to baking or trips to Butlins.
• Maintain a safe environment by understanding and following care plans and guidelines.
• Provide emotional and practical support to young people.
• Support behaviour management and minimise incidents, including restraint training or willingness to undertake training.
• Promote the safety, health, and welfare of children and young people in your care
