Break Charity is seeking an experienced Children’s Waking Nights Support Worker to provide high-quality, nurturing care in our disability services in King’s Lynn. You will work nights (22:30–07:30) supporting young people who need additional protection and guidance while developing routines and positive outcomes.

Role requires a full, valid manual driving licence, and you will complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 24 months, funded by Break.

Qualifikationen

• Must have previous night-shift experience in a residential setting.
• Ability to create a nurturing environment and support young people to develop routines and independence.
• Will complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 24 months; Break funds this training.
