Job summary

Keys Group in Wrexham is seeking a full-time Children's Residential Support Worker to provide a safe, caring home and to support young people with complex needs. You will act as a positive role model, join in activities, and help them build confidence, independence, and resilience through tailored care and engagement.

No prior care experience is required as full training, coaching, and development are offered, with clear progression paths within the group.

Qualifications

  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • The ability to relate well to young people, share interests, provide encouragement, and actively participate in activities.
  • Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient with a keen interest in the lives of young people.
  • Great communication skills, positivity, and energy.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins.
