Active Care Group is looking for a dedicated Children's Support Worker in Flint, Denbigh. You will support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs in his home, with shifts including days and waking nights.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours on a flexible zero-hours contract, with ongoing rotas and specialist training. Nest pension and career development opportunities are included in the package.

Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.We are looking for candidates that are confident, energetic and show initiative.**When you will be working:*** **Days and Waking Nights available*** **Full time or part time available*** *In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
