Active Assistance in Llandudno is seeking a part-time Children's Support Worker to care for a 13-year-old boy at his family home and in the community. You will join a small team and share shifts with another Support Worker, delivering care in the evenings and weekends.

The role offers specialist training, ongoing support from a Care Manager, access to the Active Learning Hub, a Nest pension, and a refer-a-friend scheme with up to £1,500. Salary is up to £13.25 per hour with holiday pay.

You will be supporting him in his family home (where he lives with his mum and brother) and taking him out to do activities out in the community. You will be working alongside another Support Worker for all shifts.Our client is an energetic young boy who loves trampolining, running and being outside and free. He is very sociable and likes affection. He also enjoys watching his iPad and cartoons. He is non-verbal but is able to communicate his needs and wants.**Shifts available:*** **This is a part time role*** **We will provide care 2 x weekday evenings (4.30pm-7.30pm) and 1 x 4hr shift at the weekend**In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
