Active Assistance is recruiting to support children with complex health needs in their family homes across Liverpool and Sefton. You will work with one client as part of a consistent care team, providing compassionate support and helping the child participate in community activities.

The children live at home with their families and we support them in their family homes and also taking them out and about in the community to do fun activities.Full specialist training will be provided.When you will be working:Day shiftsFlexibility for weekdays and weekends requiredIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
