Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a residential children's home in the UK, supporting some of the most vulnerable young people. This trauma-informed role requires patience, resilience and genuine care, with long shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

A full UK driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available. The role offers progression opportunities, full training and development, and a rewarding career in a dedicated team

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join my clients residential 5 bed children's home supporting some of the UK's most vulnerable children and young people.This is a trauma-informed environment where patience, resilience, consistency and genuine care are essential.

This role requires real dedication and heart, as you will be supporting young people who may have experienced significant trauma and challenging life experiences.

The role also requires flexibility, with long shifts including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts.

What's on offer:

£31,000 OTE with the opportunity to earn up to £34,000 including bonuses

Performance related bonus, Bonus for Good/Outstanding Ofsted, Bonus for length of service

The Role:

As a Support Worker, you will:
