About the team

In this team, you will be responsible for managing cases transferred from the Duty and Assessment Team at the first Initial Child Protection Conference or at the first Child in Need meeting. You will hold these cases until their closure. If cases escalate to court or become long-term looked after cases, they will be transferred to the Children in Care Teams.

About you

You should have the ability to manage a caseload, promote high-quality assessments, and provide interventions to bring about positive change.

Requirements include a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and a minimum of two years' experience working in Children’s Social Services settings.
