Job summary

Sensible Staffing is actively seeking qualified Children\'s Social Workers for flexible temporary assignments across multiple service areas, including safeguarding, child protection, fostering, and adoption. You will join dedicated teams and gain exposure to diverse cases with ongoing recruitment support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification).
• Registered with Social Work England (or relevant body).
• Experience in safeguarding, child protection, fostering, family support, or adoption.
• Knowledge of Children Act and safeguarding regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Compassionate and proactive approach to working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and care planning to safeguard and support children and families.
