Job summary

Your Chapter Ltd, a specialist residential care and education provider, is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker (Bank) in Burnley or Blackburn. You'll work with vulnerable children and young people, helping with daily routines, education support, and safe, structured activities.

You are caring, resilient and flexible, able to collaborate with a supportive team and communicate effectively with children, families and professionals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals, and activities to foster independence.
• Educational support: help with homework and learning new skills.

• Providing emotional support and person-centred care.
• Completing care plans, reports and maintaining records.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised home.
