IDEM Living is seeking passionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in West Derby. This role involves supporting young people who have faced incredible challenges, helping them recognize their potential and achieve their aspirations.

With a strong focus on training and career progression, we welcome candidates with experience in Learning Difficulties. The position offers a salary up to £30,140 based on qualifications and experience, alongside a range of benefits including enhanced sleep-in pay and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Childcare for at least 1 year is required.
• Qualified with NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care.

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Support Workers to join our team in West Derby. We are a small residential home with a big vision and we’re looking for passionate Residential Support Workers who are committed to making a change to come and join our team. The young people we support have had difficult journeys; they have learnt strategies to survive that have often placed them at risk. Our goal is to come alongside them, support and guide them to recognise their potential, achieve their aspirations and to ultimately have the childhood every child deserves. Ideally you will have experience of working with Learning Difficulties and complex needs; you will be resilient and reflective in your practice and willing to take on a challenge.

Role details

The role is based on a rolling rota including sleeps ins. Salary up to £30,140 (qualified with relevant level 3) based on 4-8 sleeps per month.

• Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or H&S Care (required)
