Are you an experienced children's support worker who is looking for a new adventure?
Pay rate: £33,357.00 - £33980.00 per annum (based on 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
Essential Requirements For a Children's Residential Support Worker
A full driving licence issued in the UK
Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential

The Role
Our home in Sheffield is a two bedded home offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support with all their educational and emotional needs as well as engaging in their favourite hobbies and interests.
