The school is looking for a Residential Support Worker (RSW) who is comfortable teaching pupils with ALN. This is a temporary, long-term role with potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The role involves working 1-on-1 with pupils, demonstrating empathy, and adapting to their individual needs.

The salary range is £13.69 to £14.50 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate staff
• Ability to assist with classroom preparation and management
• Strong listening skills to understand pupils' needs
• Resilience and ability to differentiate instruction
• Previous experience working with children with ALN
