Job description

Children's Residential Support Worker, Scunthorpe

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on a child's life? Join us as a Children's Residential Support Worker and embark on a rewarding career!

Salary:

£31,917 - £32,540 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month, hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90). Opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

Hours:

173 hours per month, with shifts typically 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota schedules provided in advance. Our service operates 365 days a year due to the nature of our work.

Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations

We seek nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide high levels of care, helping children achieve positive outcomes. Our homes offer trauma-informed therapeutic care, with tailored recreational activities such as cinema visits, swimming, and sports.

Employment is subject to satisfactory checks including enhanced disclosure, right to work, and references. The company covers these costs.
