Pay rate: £32,638 - £33,260 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins (shifts may vary). Rota given in advance. We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work.

The Role:

Our homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Young people participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.

Successful employment is contingent upon satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure, right to work, and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (costs covered by the company).
