Your Chapter is a specialist provider of residential care and education for vulnerable children and young people across England and Wales. As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll be part of a passionate team delivering person-centred care to support children through their challenges.
You’ll help with daily routines, educational support, and recreational activities while ensuring emotional well-being and safety.
Location: Pilling, PR3
Salary: Up to £33,703 per annum
Hours: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week) with a flexible shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleep‑ins per week (included in salary - £55 per sleep-in). Voluntary overtime is also available.
