Job summary

Rotherwood Cares are recruiting for a Support Worker to care for children and young people in a residential setting across Oldham and neighbouring sites.

The role focuses on building trusting relationships, supporting education and daily routines, and safeguarding. We offer full-time roles with rotating shifts, including sleep-in shifts and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people.
• Residential childcare, youth work, support work or care experience desirable.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable.

Shift Patterns
