Job summary

Ben Williams Recruitment is recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. You will support children with complex needs in a registered children's home, helping with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing.

Required: recent residential care experience, Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and a Full UK Driving Licence. Salary is £30,000–£40,000 per annum (including sleep-in allowance) with a permanent, full-time contract.
