Job summary

Heycroft Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking compassionate Agency Support Workers for day and night shifts in children's homes across the Hadleigh area. You will support children with learning disabilities or EBD, promote independence, and help with daily living tasks.

Role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 1 hour from home. DBS check, references, and online checks are required. Bank holiday rates apply and weekly pay is offered.

• Experience working with children (preferable 1 year) - training provided.
• Experience working with Learning Disabilities (preferable 1 year) - training provided.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Agency Support Worker (Day & Night Shifts)

£15-£17 per hour + enhanced rates

At Heycroft Staffing Solutions, we specialise in providing high-quality temporary staff to children's homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Agency Support Workers to join our team for day and night shifts.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children (preferable 1 year)- training provided

• Willingness to work across a variety of homes and environments
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week (with opportunity for full-time hours)
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from your home to placements
