Heycroft Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate Agency Support Workers to care for children and young people in residential settings, with day and night shifts available. The role includes promoting independence, supporting communication, and following care plans to help young people reach their goals.

We offer bank holiday enhanced pay, weekly pay, flexible shifts, and opportunities for self-employed or PAYE arrangements.

Competenze

• Experience working with children or young people in care (minimum 1 year).
• Experience with learning disabilities or EBD is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from home to placements (if required).

Agency Support Worker (Day & Night Shifts)

£15-£17 per hour + enhanced rates

At Heycroft Staffing Solutions, we specialise in providing high-quality temporary staff to children's homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Agency Support Workers to join our team for day and night shifts.

• Providing care and support to children and young people in residential settings- Learning disabilities and/or EBD

• Personal care (not required in all homes)

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children (preferable 1 year)- training provided
• Experience working with Learning Disabilities (preferable 1 year)- training provided
• Willingness to work across a variety of homes and environments
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week (with opportunity for full-time hours)
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from your home to placements

• Enhanced DBS check required
• References and criminal self-declaration required
