Duties:

• Work within, and ensure effective delivery of, policies and procedures in the client environment.
• Monitor and maintain administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with children’s legislation and the home's practices.
• Promote and encourage a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
• Engage proactively with young people displaying challenging behavior.
• Help young people identify unsafe, harmful, or abusive situations, individuals, and groups.
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people at all times.
• Utilize a variety of intervention strategies for behavior management.
• Create an open and trusting culture with the young people in care.
• Follow safeguarding protocols to ensure child safety.
