Valence School in Westerham seeks a Children's Residential Keyworker on a fixed-term maternity cover. The role supports residents' daily care, wellbeing and development within a busy residential setting, working closely with the Residential Manager and team to maintain a safe, nurturing home life.

The position offers term-time shifts, Monday to Friday, with no weekends, set between early morning and evening hours, and a pay rate of £14.97 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Children's Residential Keyworker (Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover)

Term Time : £14.97 per hour : 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday (no weekends) : Set shifts between 7am and 10pm

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Keyworker to join our Residential team on a fixed-term basis, covering a period of maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced residential environment and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. Working alongside the Residential Manager and wider team, you will support the day-to-day care, wellbeing, and development of residents, helping to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
