Valence School is seeking a fixed-term maternity cover in the residential team. You will act as the named keyworker for a small group of students, building strong relationships and leading personalised programmes for their personal, social, emotional and educational development.

The role is term-time only, 40 hours per week, with set shifts from 7am to 10pm and no weekends. Visa sponsorship is not available; recruitment runs on a rolling basis.

Formación

• Assist with moving, handling and health tasks.
• Work flexibly with early morning and late shifts.

This fixed-term maternity cover post sits in the residential team at Valence School, which supports students in both their learning and home life. The keyworker is the named contact for a small group of students, building relationships and leading personalised programmes for their personal, social, emotional and educational development. The role is term time only, 40 hours Monday to Friday with set shifts from 7am to 10pm and no weekends. Visa sponsorship is not available, and recruitment runs on a rolling basis.
