Job summary

Career Makers Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with SEMH.

This leadership role is responsible for the overall performance of the service, safeguarding, care quality, and regulatory compliance to ensure positive outcomes for children. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop and support your team, and build strong relationships with Local Authorities and professionals.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
• Experience in children's residential care, including supervising staff.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a children's residential home, ensuring high standards of care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safeguarding across the service.
• Develop and support the home team and maintain strong external relationships.
• Liaise with Local Authorities and other professionals to secure positive outcomes for children.
