Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? We are currently recruiting for a permanent Residential Care Worker to join a dedicated team within an EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) residential setting in Cheshire West & Chester.

In this vital role, you'll provide compassionate and consistent care, working closely with young people to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. As a key worker, you’ll be responsible for supporting care plans, building trusting relationships, and contributing to a safe, stimulating, and supportive home environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  
  
• Previous experience in a children’s residential care setting
  
  
• A solid understanding of safeguarding and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable young people
  
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, school holidays, and trips away
  
  
• You must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain an Enhanced DBS with Children’s Barred List check
