As a Children's Domiciliary Carer, you will join our internal care team helping to deliver a first-class care service. Working in collaboration with our existing Care Team, you will deliver care to children aged 0 to 19 years, within their own homes and in the community. You will promote positive life experiences and choices and make memories with children who may have short lives.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, building strong relationships with other carers and staff within Lagans Foundation and the families to provide exceptional care at every stage, and promoting the charity's work through donated and commissioned care streams.

Role Purpose:
This is a variable hours (WEEKEND shifts only) position with Lagans Foundation's specialist care team.
The role involves providing personal care and support to children aged 0-19 with complex health conditions, within their homes. You will undergo comprehensive training, monitored through mentorship, observation, supervision, and formal assessments to develop your skills and confidence.
You will work various shifts based on the needs of the children and their families, and the organisation.
