We are seeking to recruit a Panel Administrator within our Leadership Support team who are motivated, enthusiastic and team players. The role involves the provision of a professional administrative support service to our Children's Senior Leadership Team, managing a set group of meetings that are vital to safeguarding our young people, and taking comprehensive minutes. You will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment, gathering information, maintaining accurate records, strong minute taking skills and working closely with others. You will also need a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications as well as excellent telephone manner and a systematic approach to working within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task.
