Total Care Matters Ltd is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to provide day-to-day care and emotional support for children aged 8–18 across our East Midlands homes. You will help them build life skills, maintain a safe home, and participate in activities that promote wellbeing and development.

Successful applicants join a supportive team with ongoing training, opportunities for progression, and a commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Passion for supporting children and young people.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills.
• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding care, we are working towards DDP (Dyadic Developmental Practice) accreditation, further embedding trauma‑informed and therapeutic approaches across our homes.

The Role

We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
