Job summary

Caretech is seeking enthusiastic residential care workers to join our team in Nottingham, providing support to children and young people in our care. You will build strong relationships, plan engaging activities, and accompany young people on off-site trips, while maintaining a warm, supportive environment.

Experience is welcome but not required; a positive attitude and passion to make a difference are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Full UK driving license preferable but not essential.
• No prior experience necessary, passion for working with young people.
• Availability for sleep-in shifts.
• Comprehensive induction and training provided.
• 2-3 shifts per week for an excellent work/life balance.
• Rota provided 6 weeks in advance.
