Job summary

360 CRS is recruiting for a Bank - Residential Support Practitioner at Willowhaven, a new children's home in Middleton St George near Darlington. You will help provide safe, nurturing care for up to two children aged 4–17, building trust and supporting development through structured routines.

The role requires flexibility across evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with enhancements for overtime and bank holidays, and a starting hourly rate of £13.50–£14.00 DOE plus a £50 sleep-in bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's residential care preferred.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Willingness to work a varied rota.
