Zusammenfassung

Willowhaven, the brand-new children’s home in Middleton St George near Darlington, will provide a safe, nurturing environment for up to two young people aged 4–17. This residential practitioner role supports trauma-informed care and personalised support to help children build confidence, independence and positive futures.

We are recruiting now for the anticipated September 2026 opening, with pay of £13.50ph–£14.00ph (DOE) plus £50 per sleep-in, and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to work a varied rota
• Children's residential care experience (preferred)
