Job summary

Bleep 360 Group is recruiting for a Residential Support Practitioner at Willowhaven, our brand-new children’s home near Darlington. Salary £13.50–£14.00 per hour (DOE) plus £50 per sleep-in bonus and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays.

You will work with two young people (4–17) in a trauma-informed, family-style setting, delivering personalised care and safeguarding. Driving licence and flexibility to cover varied rosters are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's residential care is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential and access to a car preferred.
• Willingness to work a varied rota, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
