Zusammenfassung

Confidential is recruiting Residential Support Practitioners for Children’s Services. Roles involve supporting children aged 7–17 in residential homes with bite-size shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Salary is £13.50–£14.00 per hour plus a £50 sleep-in bonus and enhanced pay for overtime/bank holidays.

We offer a values-led, trauma-informed environment with extensive training, DBS checks and career progression. Drive to work in London and surrounding areas is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work a varied rota (including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins).
