RTC Resources Ltd is partnering with a growing children’s residential care provider in North Manchester to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for two small homes (2-bed and 3-bed) serving young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The successful candidate will drive Ofsted registration and develop the new service from the outset, leading care teams, ensuring safeguarding and high standards, and collaborating with local authorities and senior management to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Previous management experience in an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential setting.
• Experience supporting children and young people with EBD (emotional and behavioural difficulties).
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day management of two children’s residential homes.
• Lead and develop residential care teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Support Ofsted registration for a new home.
• Ensure services comply with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
• Develop and maintain care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
• Promote a safe, nurturing environment for young people.
• Collaborate with senior management, external professionals and local authorities.
• Maintain high standards of care, compliance and service development.
