Job summary

Greenfields, part of CareTech, is launching a new Children's Home in Gloucester and seeks a Registered Manager to lead four young people and a dedicated team.

You will oversee high standards of care and safeguarding, ensuring regulatory compliance and giving children a voice in decisions. A QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children's Services or equivalent is required, with commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team to deliver high and consistent standards of care for children.
• Strong safeguarding focus and advocacy for children's voices.
• Understanding of statutory and regulatory environment for registered children's homes.
